COLLECTIVE LONDON
WE EXIST FOR THE PEOPLE
GIVING THEIR TIME AND ENERGY TO SUSTAINABILITY
Whether you're passionate about climate, nature, health, equality or poverty, you'll know we need some pretty big changes in society. This work is complex, urgent and consequential. Alone it can feel overwhelming and impossible. Creating change is not easy.
Thankfully, we have loads of amazing people like you. Our collective energy, ideas and wisdom is abundant. Treo House is your safe place, to connect, evolve and re-energise, so you can get out there and make change happen.

LEARNING
FROM EACHOTHER
We're a community of people with a huge array of experience, ideas and interests in sustainability, regeneration, systems and change. Collectively we're learning how we can address our environmental and social challenges.

LOOKING AFTER EACHOTHER
We're founded on the belief that we can only create a healthy society if we are contributing from a place of balance, integrity and joy.

MAKING CHANGE HAPPEN
Our big impact happens 'out there'. Through our jobs, organisations and creative outputs, we take our insights, ideas, capabilities and energy out into the world to catalyse ripples of change.
TREO
Derived from the Old English word for Tree.
Trees are one of our greatest teachers in collaboration.
Deeply rooted and interconnected, a tree plays an integral role in an ecosystem's balance, whilst offering a sanctuary for life to flourish from within.
And who doesn't want to hang out in a tree house?

DOING IT
DIFFERENTLY
Owned by no one. Shared by everyone.
We have no shareholders and any profit is directly re-invested into the organisation. Our ideas and assets belong to the community.
Run by our members, for our members.
Our events programme is generated by our members, decisions are made by our volunteer committee and the organisation's strategy is co-created.
In-person only.
All events are hosted in-person in our home in Oval, London. A sanctuary that allows for actual friendships and that 'home from home' feeling.
Real people.
We're humans, not just job titles. We've swapped out lanyards and prompt sheets for showing up as our authentic selves.
