No one knows all of the answers to our sustainability problems, but between us we have so many experiences, learnings and ideas to share.

We make sure to look after ourselves and each other so that we can handle it when the work gets tough and for the most part, we enjoy the process.
Through regular, facilitated gatherings, workshops, events and coworking, held in-person at our home in London or out in wild.

We have no shareholders and any profit is directly re-invested into the organisation.

Members are encouraged to contribute to decisions across all parts of the organisation; from the programme and strategic direction, to the management and pricing structure.

We don't measure our success as bums on seats. We know that quality learning comes from smaller groups, personalised experiences and regular interactions.
