This event is now sold out.
Join Joe Brettler and Rory Oxenham for the first event of their new movement; Concord.
About Concord
It started as an idea over a cuppa.
What would happen if we brought people together to talk about, well, bringing people together?
Hundreds of messages later, it's clear something is shifting. A counter-movement to AI & automation. A zig to the zag.
In-person. Physical. Real.
So we're starting Concord. A place for people building the analogue future.
Our goal is simple: to see more of these projects out there.
More cabins, craft clubs, retreats, surf schools, bakeries, slow adventures…
Because while the world speeds up, we believe in a different kind of progress. One built on presence, connection and doing things with our hands again.
The event
We’re gathering 50 people who are already building this new (old) world.
Our first speakers are:
Hector Hughes, co-founder of Unplugged, the digital detox cabins helping people escape screens and recharge in nature. He’ll share what it’s really like to build something slow in a world obsessed with fast.
Holly Tennock, founder of Wilder Work, that gets businesses off the beaten track to breakthrough thinking through the power of the nature.
After Hector & Holly have spoken, we’ll move into smaller circles so everyone connects with someone new.
Drinks and snacks provided.
Bring your curiosity and leave your phone at the door.
