About

How would you spend your day if society wasn't centred around private financial growth?

Humans have built a society that prioritises profit and privatisation.

Every day, this influences how we live, work, socialise, relax, eat and exercise.

The impact of this influence is subjective and can be good or bad. Some will feel the impact more than others. The knock on effects can be delayed and difficult to see.

Yet ultimately, prioritising private profit means deprioritising people, nature, communities and culture, and the impacts of this are devastating.

What if this didn't have to be 'just the way things are'?

We're told to believe that these 'systemic' problems are too out of our control. That only people with significant power can influence how society works.

But what if we have more power than we think? What if we allowed ourselves to believe in and move towards a society that we actually want to live in?

Let's take this idea for a walk.

When we need creative inspiration and space to think, we take ideas out for a walk. Moving our bodies, observing nature and taking our time unlocks so much more potential for thinking differently.

No individual holds all of the answers to our sustainability problems. Regardless of your background, your presence, questions and ideas are invited and valued.
