About

Tickets for this event are sold on Luma

The stories we tell in film, TV and popular culture have always played a part in not only predicting, but shaping what's next.

Are our current crop of stories falling short at a time when we need them the most? And how might we use our creativity to picture a future that's achievable and desirable – neither a dystopia or utopia, but a thrutopia?

We’ll hear from Lucy Stone, founder of Climate Spring on the importance of storytelling if we are to bring about a future that we want.

We'll then delve deeper into the topic in groups, before putting our heads together for a fun creative challenge. Those who want to continue the conversation can enjoy the space – and the bar – until 9.30pm.

Who is this event for?

Anyone who would describe themselves as creative, curious and conscientious. You don't have to be from the Creative, Film or TV industries, as the topics we explore are designed to make you think about how we can all use our creativity to make a difference. Our creative challenges are crafted to put everyone on an even playing field.

What is Good Eye?

Good Eye is an idea. An idea that shamelessly idealistic creativity is key to building a kinder, fairer and greener future for us all. We are slowly and intentionally building something that brings together all who believe in the power of creativity and want to use their powers for good.
