About

The Good Eye community comes together this Autumn to explore the topic of ‘The Imagination Gap’ and take part in some shamelessly idealistic creativity together.

We’ll hear from Theo Silberston, founder of Shared Horizon, a social enterprise working to broaden what people think is possible.

Then we’ll take part in a fun and purposeful creative challenge - letting our creativity run wild and bouncing around ideas that could make the world that little bit better. And for the first time ever, we’ll open up opportunities to take those ideas even further for anyone who is inspired. You’ll have to join to learn more!

The Imagination Gap

People want change - but most people have never been given the time, tools or permission to imagine something different. This is the imagination gap. It limits ambition, agency and collective ownership of solutions, and it runs upstream from politics.

In this interactive session, Theo Silberston, founder of Shared Horizon, invites participants to explore this gap together. You'll spend time thinking, discussing and creating with others, exploring how our minds make sense of the future and what “better” really means in a changing world. There are no right or wrong answers. The emphasis is on conversation, curiosity and collaboration, with no prior knowledge needed - either in futures thinking or the big trends shaping our world. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of the future you want, why futures thinking matters and a stronger connection to others asking similar questions. Plus, a chance to turn your future into reality.
