Lake District Adventure

This is a 3 night trip up to the Lake District, for a group of 12 people. Alongside hiking, wild swimming, creative activities, and evening log fires, the whole weekend will be facilitated around a specific sustainability topic that we'll be reflecting on and exploring what we can learn from each other.

We have intentionally chosen to not decide the theme until we see who is interested. The gift of knowing the Treo House community well is that we can design this weekend specifically for the group who come.

This will be a pretty physically active weekend. You'll want to be comfortable with 8hr / 15km hikes with significant elevation.

Dates

Thursday 18th March - Sunday 21st March

We'll get the train from London on Thursday. If needed you can work on the train. You'll need to take Friday off work. We'll get the train home Sunday afternoon.

Accommodation

Duddon Valley, Lake District

We'll be staying in a remote, simple and cosy bunkhouse in the High Wallabarrow in the Duddon Valley in the Lake District. There is a small cosy kitchen and living room with wood burning fire, and one shared bunk room upstairs with mattresses provided but you'll need your own sleeping bag. The toilet and shower are outside, so expect to feel at one with nature and far removed from normal life!

Food

Dinners will be included, and prepared by our catering team here at Offley Works. You'll need to bring your own breakfast, lunches and snacks.

Pricing

We're finalising the details for this trip and so will share a price shortly. We expect it to be between £150 and £250.
