About
What is the National Emergency Briefing?
The National Emergency Briefing was a high-level briefing to 1,200 MPs and other influential people, held in Westminster in November 2025. The content covered all aspects of the climate and nature crisis, including how it affects British life.
What is the People's Emergency Briefing?
The People's Emergency Briefing is a 50 minute documentary based on the National Emergency Briefing, created so that the public can hear the same evidence heard at Westminster. The film is being screened in hundreds of communities across the UK this summer, aiming to cut through disinformation, establish a common understanding of the risks, and support civic engagement about what happens next.
The film's mission is to create a societal tipping point towards genuine emergency action by; letting the 'genie out of the bottle' and building MP support for a televised briefing and for a new ambitious national campaign.
