Let's Talk About ... Travel

Travel is one of life's great joys. Experiencing new cultures, immersing in nature, making friends with people across the world. But for those of us passionate about sustainability, thinking about our next trip can come with a jolt of guilt when we consider the transport emissions or the impact on local communities.

This is a small group facilitated discussion, to discuss how we feel about travel today, create space for our questions, and explore what travel and tourism could look like in a regenerative society.

We will be joined by Vicky Smith, the founder of Earth Changers; a sustainable travel advisory. She's working to engage, educate and enable the booking of genuinely sustainable tourism. As with any behaviour change, it's not easy, and she's seeking advice from others who are passionate about travel, sustainability and behaviour change, to work out how we engage more people in this conversation and encourage different behaviour choices.
